Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. You can return the product up to 7 days from the delivery date.

Products should be in unused original condition with undetached tags, original packaging and accessories. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Freebies are not eligible for return and free item actual price would be reduced when the original product is returned. For example: Buy Product A(Rs 1000) and Get Product B(worth of Rs 300) free. When product  A is returned then Rs 700 will be refunded by reducing product B actual price.

Pure Silk Sarees are not eligible for returns.

Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please fill your details in Contact form and we will guide you through the process.

We will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, we may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount.
